Coherent, harmonised policies will be critical as the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) transitions to sustainable energy, Sen. the Hon. Lisa R. Cummins, Minister of Energy and Business Development of Barbados, said on Friday, 5 December.
Minister Cummins was speaking with the CARICOM Secretariat’s Communications Unit at the conclusion of the 120th Special Meeting of the Council for Trade and Economic Development on Energy, which she chaired.

The state and outlook for electric mobility within the Region was also discussed, and emphasis was placed on the revision and implementation of the Regional Electric Vehicles Strategy.
